米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

The Research Progress of Endometriosis Treated by Mifepristone

摘要 子宫内膜异位症是常见的妇科疾病,其发病机制还未完全阐明,给临床治疗带来很大的困难,目前国内外有关于小剂量的米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的报道,其治疗效果较理想,且副作用小,是较有前途的一种药物,但机制不明. Endometrisis is a kind of common disease in gynecology. But its mechanism has not been made out. So it brings difficulty for curing in clinical. Now those reports that endometriosis was cured by Mifepristone with little dose. The curing effect is good with little side effect and it is an ideal medicine for curing endometriosis, though mechanism has not made out.
