变温对萼花臂尾轮虫休眠卵形成的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE CHANGE ON RESTING EGG FORMATION OF FRESHWATER ROTIFER, BRACHIONUS CALYCIFLORUS

摘要 应用群体累积培养法研究了培养过程中温度的变化对萼花臂尾轮虫休眠卵形成的影响.结果表明,与22℃下持续培养11天相比,将22℃下培养5天的种群转入27℃下再培养6天可加速休眠卵的产生,使休眠卵的最大形成效率提前出现,种群中的平均混交雌体百分率显著降低;但对休眠卵的产量和形成效率以及种群中的平均混交雌体受精率皆无显著的影响.而与27℃下持续培养11天相比,将27℃下培养5天的种群转入22℃下再培养6天,对休眠卵的产量及与之相关的混交雌体百分率和受精率等均无显著的影响.升温培养对于提高休眠卵商品化生产的经济效益具有一定的意义. The effect of temperature change in culture period on resting egg formation of freshwater rotifer, Brachionus calyciflorus was examined by the method of population accumulative culture. Compared with the 11-day culture at 22℃, the 6-day culture at 27℃ after 5-day culture at 22℃ accelerated resting egg formation, made the maximum efficiency of resting egg formation appear ahead and decreased the mean mixis rate, but it had no significant effect on production, formation efficiency and maximum formation efficiency of resting egg, and mean fertilization rate. However, Compared with the 11-day culture at 27℃, the 6-day culture at 22℃ after 5-day culture at 27℃ had no significant effect on production of resting egg, mean mixis and fertilization rate. The 6-day culture at 27℃ after 5-day culture at 22℃ may be useful for increasing economic efficiency of mass production of resting egg.
