摘要综述了X射线显微成像机理 ,成像光学元件 ,记录介质 ,辐射损伤及三维信息的获取等 ,并预见X射线显微术的发展趋势 . This paper summarizes the theory of the X-ray microscopic image,the optical elements,the recording media, the radiative damage of the X-ray microscopy and the obstainment of the three-dimensional message.The writer also foresees the developing trend of the X-ray microscopy.
