摘要
目的:建立三蛇胆陈皮末中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:样品采用甲醇超声提取,稀释后制成供试液,用高效液相色谱 法测定。结果:在0.1463～1.463μg范围内,橙皮苷进样量与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=O.9998;平均回收率为99.1％, RSD=1.1％(n=5)。结论:本法简便快速,分析结果准确可靠,可用于三蛇胆陈皮末的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in San-Shedan-Chenpi powder. Method: The hesperidin in sample was extracted with methanol under the condition of ultrasonic vibration, which was determined by high performance liquid chromatography after dilutions. Results: The linear response range of hesperidin was from 0. 1463 to 1.463μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999 . The mean recovery was 99. 1% , RSD was 0.99% (n =5). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used in the quality control for San-Shedan-Chenpi powder.
