摘要
目的:建立测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑与维生素B6含量及溶出度的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。选用钻石C18柱,流动相:ψ(甲醇:0.075 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液)=13∶87,检测波长:291 nm。结果:同时测定了甲硝唑与维生素B6的含量。甲硝唑平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为O.17%,n=6;维生素B6平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为O.27%,n=6。线性范围甲硝唑为20.12~100.60 μg/mL、维生素B6为2.04~10.20μg/mL。,结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方甲硝唑片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of metronidazole and vitamin B6 and the dissolubility of metronidazole compound tablets. Method: The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C18column, and a mixture of methanol-0. 075 mol/L KH2PO4(13 : 87) was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 291 nm. Results: The contents of metronidazole and vitamin B6 were determined respectively. The average recovery for metronidazole was 99.7 % ,RSD =0. 17 % ,n =6,and the average recovery for vitamin B6 was 100. 1 % , RSD =0.27 % ,n =6. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 20. 12 - 100. 60 μg/mL for metronidazole and 2. 04 - 10. 20 μg/mL for vitamin B6. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid and accurate,and can be used for quality control of metronidazole compound tablets.
