摘要
目的了解社区知识型老年人对健康教育知识的需求。方法采用自制问卷对67例老年大学学员的相关需求进行调查。结果社区知识型老年人对健康教育知识的需求,首位是老年人多发病的有关知识,占100％;其次是老年人心理卫生保健知识、饮食与运动指导,各占86.57％、83.58％;急救技术、常用家庭消毒方法、检验正常值和意义分别为73.13％、59.70％、52.23％。健康教育方式以授课讲座、发放有关资料为主。结论知识型老年人对健康教育需求迫切,应大力开展社区健康教育。
Objective To understand well-educated old people ' s requirements in communities for health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 67 students from the Old People's College about their requirements for health education. Results The requirement ranked at first place was the knowledge about diseases with higher occurrence frequent in old people, accounting for 100%. The second was the instructions in psychological health knowledge as well as diet and physical exercises, accounting for 86. 5% and 83. 58% respectively. Knowledge of first aid at home, routine home disinfection methods, the results at physical examinations and their implications accounted for 73. 13%, 59. 70% and 53. 32% respectively. They preferred lectures and handouts at education modes. Conclusion Well-educated old people have strong desire for health education and thus community health education deserves expanding.
