摘要
目的 选择正确的检查方法 ,提高阿莫西林污染微生物的检出率。 方法 采用滤膜过滤贴膜法 (以下简称贴膜法 )对阿莫西林进行活菌检出率、回收率试验。结果 贴膜法、洗脱法、平板计数法细菌数检出率分别为 66.6%、13 .3 %、2 0 .0 %,回收率分别为 5 9.2 %、3 .1%、9.5 %。结论
OBJECTIVE To chorce correct determination method to improve the detectable rate of Amoxicillin polluted microbacteria METHODS usering sticked filter membrane method to do the test of Amoxicillin for microbacteria limit determination.RESULTS The detectable rates of sticked filter membrane method,wash and absorption method,petri dist count method are respectively 66 6%,13 3%,20 0%,and the retrieve rates are 59 2%,3 1%,9 5% CONCLUSION The result of sticked filter membrane method for Amoxicillin microbacteria limit determination is accuracy and believable
