摘要 对 6根碳钢周向表面裂纹管进行了四点弯加载实验 ,研究了周向表面裂纹管的塑性垮塌失效特征。根据ASME规范的塑性极限载荷确定方法 ,由实验测得的载荷—加载点位移 (P -Δ)曲线及载荷—裂纹嘴张开位移 (P -CMOD)曲线 ,确定了周向表面裂纹管的整体塑性垮塌失效载荷及韧带局部塑性垮塌失效载荷。实验结果与作者建立的周向表面裂纹管净截面垮塌 (NSC)模型与韧带局部塑性垮塌 (LC)模型的预测载荷进行了比较 。 The experimental studies of 6 carbon steel pipes containing circumferentially part-through wall cracked loaded in the form of 4 point bending were carried out, and the characteristics of plastic collapse for the pipes were studied in this paper. Using the experiment method of collapse load proposed in ASME Boiler and pressure vessel code, the experiment collapse loads of such cracked pipes were determined form the load -displacement ( P-Δ ) curves and the load - crack mouth opening displacement ( P -CMOD) curves. By comparing the values of experimental collapse load with the ones of predicted collapse load, which were obtained using the Net-Section-Collapse (NSC) model and the Local Collapse (LC) model of ligament established by author, it was concluded that selection of the NSC model and the LC model used to predicted the plastic collapse loads of circumferentially part-through wall cracked pipes were reasonable and available.
