摘要
针对目前信息发展的要求 ,讨论了视频序列中运动目标检测和跟踪的一些方法 ,并在视频监控系统的具体应用环境中 ,提出了运动目标的适时检测和跟踪的一种适用方法 ,同时给出了相应的实验结果 .结果表明 ,本文方法是比较实用的 ,能满足实时视频监控系统的要求 .
In order to meet the current information needs, this paper put emphasis on the methods of detecting and tracking objects in image sequences. In the mean time, a practical method on object detecting and tracking in a real-time video surveillance and monitoring system was provided as well as some experimental results. The results show that the proposed method is a practical one. It can meet the need of the real-time video surveillance and monitoring system.
