摘要
本文通过实验和理论分析探讨了磁场对机床切削的影响,发现施加磁场是减小刀具磨损的又一个新方法;同时,磁场能减小切削振动,还能提高细长杆零件的加工几何精度。从而提出“磁力跟刀架”的方案,为细长杆的加工找到了一条新路。
Through theoretical analysis and experiments this paper presents an investigation of the effect of magnetic field on machining processes. It is discovered that an important reason that magnetic field reduces tool wear is that magnetic field can reduce the vibration in cutting process. A new way is found for machining slender rods in the paper.
