摘要
合成了 4 氰基苯基咪唑并[5,6 f]邻菲咯啉(CYIP)和 2 羧基苯基咪唑并[5,6 f]邻菲咯啉(COIP)两种新配体及它们的钌混配配合物[Ru(bpy)2 CYIP](ClO4 )2 ·2H2 O(Ru1)(bpy =2,2′ 联吡啶),[Ru(phen)2 CYIP](ClO4 )2 ·H2 O(Ru2 )(phen =1,10 邻菲咯啉),[Ru(bpy)2 COIP](ClO4 )2 ·3H2 O(Ru3 )和 [Ru(phen)2 COIP](ClO4 )2 ·H2 O(Ru4),并用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁和质谱对它们进行了表征.通过循环伏安法研究了这些配合物的电化学性质.采用电子吸收光谱、稳态荧光、圆二色谱和粘度测定研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用.结果表明配合物Ru1和Ru2通过CYIP配体以插入的方式与DNA结合。
Two new ligands, 2-(4-cyano)imidazo-1,10-phenanthroline (CYIP) and 2-(2-carboxy)-imidazo-1,10-phenanthroline (COIP), and their Ru(Ⅱ) complexes [Ru(bpy)_2CYIP](ClO_4)_2·2H_2O (Ru1) (bpy=2,2′-bipyridine), [Ru(phen)_2CYIP] (ClO_4)_2·2H_2O (Ru2) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), [Ru(bpy)_2COIP](ClO_4)_2·3H_2O (Ru3) and [Ru(phen)_2COIP](ClO_4)_2·H_2O (Ru4) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-vis, 1H NMR, and mass spectra. The electrochemical behavior of the four complexes was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The binding of the four complexes with calf thymus DNA has been investigated by absorption, steady-state luminescence, CD spectra and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that complexes Ru1 and Ru2 intercalate into DNA via the ligand CYIP, while complexes Ru3 and Ru4 binds with DNA by partially intercalating the ligand COIP.
