摘要
提出了一类主链上带有苯侧基的光敏性聚酰亚胺。其合成过程是首先制备酰胺酸预聚体 ,然后进行化学亚胺化。通过IR、DSC、元素分析、UV、介电分析方法对聚酰亚胺的结构、感光特性、热性能、电性能、吸湿性能进行了表征。并对结构与性能之间的关系进行了初步探讨。
This paper described the preparation of a kind of photosensitive polyimide(PSPI) in which a bulky pendant phenyl group was introduced into the polymer backbone. The polyimide was synthesized from the condensation of BADP (α,α′-bis(4-amino-3,5-dimethylpheny)phenylmethane) with BTDA. The poly(amic acid) was then chemically imidized in the presence of acetic anhydride/pyridine mixture to produce polyimide. The properties and structrue of PSPI, such as UV absorption, thermal properties, electric and moisture absorption, were characterized by UV, DSC dielectric constant detector and so on. The relations between the structure and properties of PSPI were discussed.
