摘要
在Φ 2 8mm的反应管中 ,采用工业废液碱用于福建无烟煤固定床水蒸气气化实验。结果表明 ,该废液碱对福建无烟煤气化有很强的催化活性。在添加 3%~ 12 %废液碱的情况下 ,碳转化率均比无催化剂时增加 2 5 5倍~3 93倍 ,明显大于添加以Na2 CO3 为催化剂的碳转化率。同时该废液碱对煤气组成 ,产气量和煤气热值均有明显提高。在催化气化的同时加入适量的脱碱剂可极大地降低灰渣中的含碱量。
The experimental study on catalytic gasification of Fujian anthracite with steam using industrial waste liquor alkalis has been carried out in a Φ28?mm fixed-bed reactor. The results indicate that the alkali in the waste liquor exhibits the strong catalytic effect in Fujian anthracite(V daf=4.39%) gasification from 675?℃ to 835?℃. When adding 3%~12% waste liquor alkalis, the carbon conversions of coal are 2.55~3.93 times greater than that without catalyst and also apparently greater than that of adding 8% Na 2CO 3. The gas yield can reach 3.25~4.00?m 3/kg coal and the gas calorific values are all higher than 8.5?MJ/m 3 in these cases. When de-alkali additive is introduced during the catalytic gasification of adding 3%LA, 5%LA and 10%LA, the alkali content in residual ash-cinder after gasification will change from 0.34, 0.85 and 2.2(10 -3g alkali/g cinder) to 0.17, 0.5 and 1.4(10 -3g alkali/g cinder)respectively.
