摘要
合成了亲核取代法制备 6 -氟 [18F]-L -多巴的前体三氟甲基磺酸 2 -三甲基铵 - 4,5 -二甲氧基苯甲醛以及手性相转移催化剂溴化O -烯丙基 -N - (9) -蒽甲基辛可尼丁铵。并在此基础上实现了立体选择性不对称合成无载体的 6 -氟 [18F]-L -多巴。放化产率 (10± 3) %(衰变校正后 ) ;合成时间 80min ;放化纯度。
Trimethylammonium veratraldehyde triflate was synthesized and used as a precurser for the synthesis of 6-Fluoro-L-DOPA by using the chiral phase-transfer catalyst, O-Allyl-N-(9)-anthracenylcinchonidinium bromide which was also synthesized in this study. Based on these, 6-Fluoro-L-DOPA was prepared with acceptable radiochemical yield (10±3)% in short synthesis time (80min), with high radiochemical purity, specific activity and chemical purity.
