摘要
选取广州市边缘区作为实证研究的对象,通过对大都市边缘区房地产业发展的现状特征、存在问题的分析,从政府、开发商、企业、消费者、市场等多角度进行研究,提出可持续发展的策略,以期控制市场经济条件下大都市边缘区房地产业发展的短期行为,达到可持续发展的目标。
Based on sustainable devel-opment conception,this paper studiesthe sustainable development of real es-tate in fringe area of metropolis,takingfringe Guangzhou for example. First,itanalyses the actual state of real estatein the fringe area of Guangzhou andpoints out the questions and characterin reality. Then,from different aspectsof government,developers,consumersand market,it proposes the counter-measures to achieve sustainabledevelopment.[
