摘要
研究了用光合细菌处理明胶废水,对光照、溶解氧、pH及细菌用量等因素对处理效果的影响作了研究,试验结果表明光照和一定浓度的溶解氧对光合细菌利用明胶废水有利,反应最适宜的pH为6~7,细菌用量为废水体积的1 3~1 5。浸灰水的化学耗氧量(COD)去除率最高可达98%。对磷钙工序废水,采用了多级PSB罐处理后,出水COD去除率也可达95%。
In this paper the results of experimental study on treatment of gelatin production wastewater with photosynthetic bacteria is reported. The influence of illumination, dissolved oxygen, pH and bacterium's number on the removing rate of COD is discussed. The results have proved that the illumination, dissolved oxygen is beneficial to the reaction and the pH value of 6~7 is suitable. The bacteria volume should be 1/3~1/5 of the wastewater one. By this method, the removing rate of COD can reach 95% and 98%.
