摘要
本文建立了外水冷式防爆异步电动机温度场的等效热网络、导热方程及其求解方法,并对采煤机用电动机温度场进行了仿真计算。在计算过程中考虑了电机材料的导热系数、绕组电阻率随温度的变化,使得稳态计算值与实测值的最大误差在10.0%以下,效果很好。
The paper puts forward and establishes the equivalent thermal network transfer equations as well a solution for the temperature field in the explosion-proof asynchr, onous motors with outer water cooling,and a simulation is achieved on the coal winning machine moter.In the solution,the change of heat-conduct coefficints of moter materials and the specific resistances of windings with the change in temperature is taken into accunt. Therefore the maximal error of results of the steady computaion is under 10.0% as compared with measured result. The result is satisfactory.
