摘要
通过对应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折及胫腓骨骨折42例临床资料的分析和手术后长时间的随访,认为带锁髓内钉是治疗长管状骨骨折有效的内固定材料,手术操作简便,能发挥有效的固定及加压作用,手术后效果满意。
The author investigated the treatment effection on femur fracture using marrow internal nail with lock and analyzed 42 cases of tibiafibla fracture with following the patiens for a long time. He suggested that the marrow internal nail is an effective material of internal fixed in which long tubular facture can be cured. The way is not difficult and the postoperative effection is satisfying. It overcomes the weakness of the common marrow nail and takes a good play of consolidation and distention.
