摘要
目的 :采用HPLC法建立猪胆汁膏猪去氧胆酸的含量测定方法。方法 :色谱柱YWGLC18 色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm ,10μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (80∶20) ,流速 :1.0mL/min,示差折光检测器。结果 :平均加样回收率为98.83% ,RSD=0.81% (n=6) ,线性范围10～100μg,r=0.9996。结论 :本法操作简便 ,结果准确 。
Objective: To establish the method for determine the deoxycholic acid in porcine bile paste by HPLC.Method: YWGL C18 chromatographic column (4.6mm×250mm, 10μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (18∶20) with flow rate 1.0 mL per min. Result: The average sample recovery rate was 98.83%. RSD=0.81% (n=6). The linear range was 10-100 μg with α=0.9996. Conclusion: This is a method for quality control of porcine bile paste with simple manipulation and accurate result.
