摘要
目的 :观察丹酚酸B(SalB)对肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF_α)损伤大鼠微血管内皮细胞(CMEC)的影响。方法 :采用CMEC的体外培养技术 ,建立TNF_α损伤的模型 ,观察乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、内皮素 (ET)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化以及SalB的保护作用。结果 :SalB可显著降低LDH活性及MDA含量 ,有减少ET分泌的趋势。结论 :SalB对TNF_α损伤的CMEC具有直接保护作用 ,其作用可能与其稳定细胞膜。
Objective: To observe the influence of SalB on rats' CMEC injured by TNF-α.Method: The technique of culture in vitro for CMEC was used and the model induced by TNF-α was established. The indexes including content of LDH, ET and MDA and the protective effect of SalB were observed.Result: SalB could lower the activity of LDH and the content of MDA and had a tendency of lower the secretion of ET.Conclusion: SalB has a direct protective effect on CMEC injured by TNF-α. Its mechanism can be associated with the effects of stabilizing cell membrane and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
