摘要
目的 :观察黄芪注射液对老年充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :充血性心力衰竭60例随机分成两组 ,均予强心、利尿、扩血管。治疗组30例加用黄芪注射液60mL静滴 ,14d为1个疗程。结果 :两组治疗后心率均较治疗前下降 ,2周后与1周后比较治疗组血压无明显变化 ,对照组血压下降极明显 ;治疗组显效率60.00% ,对照组33.33 %。治疗组明显高于对照组。结论
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Injection on senile congestive heart failure. Method: 60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment of cardiac stimulant, diuresis and vasodilatation were given to all patients.Intravenous Huangqi Injection, 60 mL, was only given to the patients in treatment group for a course of 14 days. Result: The heart rate lowered after the treatment in both groups. In the treatment group, the blood pressure a week after treatment had no difference with that of two weeks. In control group, however, it lowered significantly. The effective rates were 60.00% and 33.33% in two groups respectively. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat senile congestive heart failure with Huangqi Injection.
