摘要
目的 :观察救心汤对充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者的临床疗效。方法 :按NYHA标准将心功能Ⅱ—Ⅳ级的CHF患者41例随机分为中西医结合治疗组及西医对照组。治疗组除西药治疗与对照组相同外 ,还加服救心汤 ,疗程均为2周。结果 :治疗组总有效率81% ,与对照组 (60% )比较 ,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :救心汤可改善心功能 ,并可降低洋地黄的毒副作用 。
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jiuxin Decoction on CHF. Method: 41 CHF patients with heart function Ⅱ to Ⅳ degree according to NYHA (New York Heart Association) Standardization were randomly divided into TCM-WM group and control group. The western medicine was taken by patients in both groups. The Jiuxin Decoction was only given to the TCM-WM group. Each course had 2 weeks. Results: The total effective rates were 81% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group with an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiuxin Decoction can improve the heart function and reduce the toxin and side effect of digitalis. It is effective for CHF.
