摘要
城市建筑对于快速移动中的人来说,是动态的存在,并因相互空间结构和布局的变化,组合成协调的或者不协调的景观。快速公共交通是城市现代化的标志之一。乘坐快速交通工具可以对城市规划和建筑的分布进行动态的考察。随着城市公共交通的发展和市民生活工作节奏的加快,交通与城市景观的协调问题日益突出。上海的明珠线这条国内惟一的高架轨道线对上海的城市规划和发展具有很重要的意义。尽管目前一些地段尚有不足之处,但通过加强环线内外的规划和景观建设,以及对旧区进行有步骤的改造,明珠线将成为能和黄浦江相媲美的动态观景平台。其本身作为一种新的城市景观,作为城市文化的载体和宣传媒介,也将为提高上海市区的建设水平和城市的文化品位发挥更大的作用。
Shanghai Pearl Line is the first 'Elvated Metro' in China, and the only elevated rail transit running through the districts of Shanghai. Following the rapid growth of urban economy, many high risers have blocked the visual corridors and the city is becoming more and more narrow and depressing. The author argues that SPL shall provide a spectating platform for urban planners to survey the city, and also a moving stand for tourists to enjoy the shifting landscape of Shanghai.
