摘要
保持测量系统的稳定性是质量控制的重要内容之一 .文章在分析了累计和控制图及传统休哈特控制图的基础上 ,指出了传统休哈特控制图的不足 ,提出将累计和控制图应用于测量系统稳定性的控制 .理论研究和案例分析均表明 ,当测量系统引起的被测质量特征值的均值发生小幅度偏移时 。
Keeping measurement system stability is a key issue for quality control. Based on the comparative study of CUSUM(cumulative sum) control chart and traditional Shewhart control chart, the paper points out the disadvantages of the traditional Shewhart control chart. A CUSUM control chart scheme is presented to control measurement system stability. Both theoretical analysis and case study show that CUSUM control chart is more effective for controlling small shift than traditional Shewhart control chart.
