摘要
讨论了医学诊断的知识获取问题 ,基于粗集理论提出了完整的知识获取方法 .包括连续信息系统的离散化、信息系统约简、决策规则提取、决策模型生成等 .以十二指肠溃疡为例 ,讨论了知识处理的过程 。
In this paper, we study how to extract medical diagnosis rules from medical cases. Based on the rough set theory, we bring forward a way to acquiring knowledge, including discreting continuouos information system, reducting informatin system, acquiring decision rules and generating decision model. In this paper, based on 122 medical examples of highly selective vagotomy patients, we discuss the whole process of knowledge acquisition, in order to apply artifical intelligence technology into medical diagnosis.
