摘要
20世纪80年代以来,随着跨国公司间竞争的加剧,跨国并购已经成为全球化的潮流,逐步成为跨国公司对外直接投资的主要手段。考察跨国并购快速发展的经济实践,可以发现最近的跨国并购呈现出许多与以前企业并购不相同的特点。
Since the 1980s, cross-border M&A has become a world trend and the major foreign direct investment of transnational corporation. With the competition among transnational corporations being intensified continuously, Cross-border M&A has been and will continue to be the focus of transnational corporations. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of Cross-border M&A.
