摘要
含有共沉积 PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)和其他氟碳化合物微枉的化学镀镍层,已经成为一种重要的工程表面镀层。适当配比的镀液,加入拉径正确而又分散于适宜介质内的微粒,可提供表面摩擦系数低、耐磨性优异的镀层。本文叙述了摩擦学(耐磨特性)、成功的应用与工艺概要。
Electroless nickel deposits containing codeposited PTFE and other fluorocarbon particles have become an important engineering surface finish.Properly formulated plating solutions containing the right size particles dispersed in a suitable medium provide low coefficient of surface friction with outstanding wear resistance.This paper describes some of the tribology (wear characteristics),successful applications,and a process outline.A bibliography is in- cluded.
