摘要
铸铁管件由于材质和形状的特殊性,一般采用热镀锌,但耗锌量大,能耗大,成本高。现采用酸性无亮镀锌,用101型光亮剂,镀液分散能力好,阴极电流效率高,镀速快;镀层光亮细致,整平性能好,结合力牢,抗蚀能力强,具有显著的经济效益与环境效益、而且劳动强度低,生产条件改善。本文详细地叙述了该工艺的前处理、镀液组份与操作条件、镀液的维护、故障及排除。
Hot dip galvanizing is commonly used in plating cast iron pipe due to the particularity of material and shape,resulting in high zinc and energy consumption and high cost.Now acid bright Zn plating is used in place of hot dip galvanizing.The bath,added with Type 101 brightner,has good throwing power,high cur- rent efficiency and high plating rate.The resulted deposit looks bright and dense,and has good levelling property,strong adhesion and good corrosion resistance,also with lower labor intensity and improved working conditions,leading to obvious economic and environmental benefits.Pretreatment,bath composition and operating conditions,bath maintenance and troubleshootings are stated here in detail.
