摘要 本文阐述了R14氯化锌型纸板电池的主要技末关键及解决措施,介绍了该电池的密封结构、制造工艺与电池性能;并在该电池研制成功的基础上,采用无汞浆层纸、不透气炭棒等国产原材料、零部件进行了无汞电池的试制,取得了贮存18个月的良好结果,从而探索了氯化锌型无汞电池国产化的可能途径。 The key technics concerning R14P ZnCl2 type paper-lined battery including air tight sealed structure, manufacturing process and performances of the battery were outlined. On the basis of successful development of this battery,the mercury -free battery was made with China's raw materials and assembly parts such as mercury -free seperator.ventless carbon rod. The results of eighteen months storage was satisfactory. The promising ways were found for producing ZnCU mercury - free battery in China.
