摘要
本文报告了以一种纤维镍基为载体的氧化镍电极、使用特例的非烧结纤维镍基和以电化学方法浸渍在该镍基上的氢氧化亚镍能够形成高性能和高比容量的纤维镍电极,与传统的烧结式镍电极相比,电极厚度容易控制,活性物质利用率达92%,电极柔软易卷。对这种镍电极在工业上应用的可能和存在的问题进行了讨论。
A nickel electrode with fiber nickel as its substrate was reported . A fiber nickel electrode with high performance and high specific capacity could be made by using a special non-sintered nickel fiber by an electrochemical method. Compared with conventional sintered nickel electrodes, the thickness of the electrode could be easily controlled,the utilization of active material increased to 92% and the electrode was more malleable and easier to wind. Feasibility and current problems in industrial application were discussed.
