摘要
为改善小学生的营养状况 ,了解小学生的早餐食用情况 ,分析小学生早餐质量的影响因素 ,制定出切实可行的干预措施 ,选择扬州市市区和郊区 2所小学的三至六年级小学生 ,进行早餐食用情况及相关因素的调查。结果表明 ,小学生早餐质量和食用比例存在着一些问题 ,而由学校提供课间餐 。
In order to improve the nutritional condition of primary school students, know something about their breakfast-taking, analyze the affecting factors on their breakfast quality and therefrom work out practical and effective measures, we have conducted an investigation into the breakfast-taking condition and the relevant factors among the pupils of Grade3 to Grade 6 coming from 2 primary schools of Yangzhou urban and suburban districts. The results show that there exist some problems concerning the breakfast quality and the proportion of the pupils who take breakfast to those who don't. It is suggested that the school provide a meal during the break, which is the effective way to improve the pupils' breakfast quality.
