摘要
以天蚕 (A .yamamai)为母本 ,以美洲野蚕 (A .polyhemus)为父本的远缘杂交 ,后代均以卵滞育越冬 ,多数表现为一化性 ,仅少数蛾区和个体夏卵不滞育 ,表现为二化性。从F1代起 ,就有完全滞育蛾区和不完全滞育蛾区之分 ,完全滞育蛾区占总受精蛾区数的 37 7%,而不完全滞育蛾区内的滞育卵占总受精卵数的 91 0 %。低温可以促进夏卵滞育的解除。
The distant cross progenies of Antheraea yamamai as female parent and Antheraea polyphemus as male parent all diapause and hibernate at eggs stage.Most of them are univoltine,while only a few of moth batches and individuals showed bivoltinism.From the F 1 generation,there are two kinds of different moth batches on their diapause ability,one is complete diapauae and the other is incomplete diapause.Ratios of the moth batch of complete diapauae and the incomplete diapause are about 37.7% and 91% of the total fertilized batches,respectively.Low temperature can terminate diapause of eggs in summer.
