鸡抑制素的研究进展

摘要 抑制素是一种杂二聚体糖蛋白激素。睾丸的支持细胞和卵巢的颗粒细胞是分泌抑制素的主要组织部位 ,肌肉组织、肾上腺和脾脏等是鸡体内抑制素的又一来源。各物种抑制素亚基基因在进化中较为保守 ,这为开展各种动物抑制素的研究提供了极为便利的条件。利用已经分离获得的各亚基cDNA序列 ,目前已筛选出许多动物抑制素的cDNA文库。在体内抑制素主要参与垂体水平FSH合成和分泌的调控过程 ,此外 ,抑制素还具有生长因子活性 ,参与性腺、垂体。
