摘要
本文介绍了电力机车车体强度试验的试验载荷、试验装备、加载方法以及测试方法。给出了四种韶山型电力机车车体在1960kN纵向压缩载荷作用下各主要部件的最大应变和挠度,并对强度试验结果作了概要分析。最后提出了几个探讨性的问题。
This article presents the testing load, test equipment and the method of loading and testing used in strength test of electric locomotive body. Maximum strain and deflection for main parts of four types of SS electric locomotive body are given, under the effect of 1960 kN longitudinal compressed load. The test results are analyzed briefly and several questions are raised in the end for further discussion.
