摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱及K-Na火焰光谱分别测定了59例变应性鼻炎(PAR),27例非变应性鼻炎(NAR)患者及34例对照组(NC)鼻分泌物(NS)中的Ca^(2+)、K^+及Na^+浓度。结果,PAR组及NAR组鼻分泌物中Ca^(2+)较正常对厢组为低(P<0.01),各组K^+、Na^+未见明显差异。
The Ca2+ , Na+ and K+ concentrations of nasal secre tion ( NS)were respectively determined with Flame Atomic Absorption Photometry and Flame Photometry among a total of 120 subjects including 59 patients with Perennial Allergic Rhinitis ( PAR ) , 27 patients with Nonallergic Rhinitis ( NAR ) as well as 34 cases of normal control ( NC ) . The result showed that the concentrations of Ca2+(1.05± 0.05mmol/L)of NS in PAR group were significantly reduced ( P<0.01 ) cs compared to the NC group where those values were shown to be 1.36 ± 0.07 mmol/L, But
there was no difference for K+ and Na+ among three groups. It highly suggest
that Ca2+ maybe regulate the pathogenesis of PAR.
