摘要
用大鼠和小鼠炎症模型研究了红毛五加醇提物的抗炎作用。结果表明,红毛五加醇提物对蛋清诱发的大鼠足跖水肿和巴豆油诱发的小鼠耳壳局部肿胀有明显抑制作用,对大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生性炎症有抑制作用;明显抑制大鼠由佐剂引起的早期局部急性炎症和后期继发性全身炎症反应。红毛五加醇提物对摘除双侧肾上腺大鼠的蛋清足肿胀仍有明显的抑制作用。结果还显示其抗急性炎症作用不依赖于垂体——肾上腺系统。红毛五加醇提物能减少炎性组织中PGE含量,明显降低组织胺引起的毛细血管通透性增高。
Anti-inflammation effects of alcoholic extract of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (EAGH) in rats and mice were studied. The results indicated that ip EAGH inhibited significantly the egg albumin-induced edema in hind paws of rats and croton oil-induced local swelling ears of mice(P<0.01 ) . EAGH depressed the proliferation of granuloma caused by subcutaneous implantation of cotton pill in rats(P<0.01 ). The development of both primary acute inflammed lesions and subsequent systemic lesions induced by Freund's adjuvant in rats was inhibited by EAGH(P<0.01 ). The antiedema effect was also exhibited obviously in adrena-lectomized rats given EAGH ( P<0.01 ) .
There was no statistically significant change in plasma corticosteroid content when EAGH was intraperitoneally injected to normal rats ( P>0.05 ) . This showed that the inhibitory effect of EAGH on acute inflammation did not depend upon the pituitary-adrenal system. EAGH reduced the PGE content in inflammatory tissue and depressed the increase of vascular permeability induced by hista-mine ( P<0.01 ) . It may be concluded that the inhibitory effects of EAGH on acute and exudative inflammation seem to be related to its action on inflammatory mediators.
