摘要
介绍了微波法检测可燃药筒水分含量的原理和检测系统的组成;分析了影响测量精度的各种因素;提出了直接利用空气参照物的测量值与被测物体(可燃药筒)的测量值之差来测量可燃药筒水分含量的数据处理方法;通过实际应用,采用该方法具有较高的测量精度。
This article presents the principle and the structure for the humidity measuring system for combustible cartridges with microwave technology. The paper analyzed various factors which affect mea- suring precision. A new handling method for measuring humidity data of combustible cartridge by the difference between measured values of the test object and the reference object of air was recommend. The method has been proved to be of a higher measuring precision through applications.
