摘要
模拟导爆管雷管点火结构,利用动态压力测试系统研究了导爆管爆轰输出产物通过消爆腔点火时点火峰压、点火持续时间和点火冲量随消爆腔体积的变化规律。研究结果表明,导爆管点火峰压随消爆腔体积的增大而单调下降,点火持续时间与点火冲量随消爆腔体积的增大呈先增大后减小的规律。本试验结果可作为确定导爆管雷管装配工艺的参考。
The assemblage of nonel tube with detonator was imitated and the peak igniting pressure, igniting time and igniting impulse of nonel tube varying with the volume of detonation elimination chamber was determined through dynamic pressure testing system. It is shown that with the increase of the volume of detonation elimination chamber, the peak igniting pressure decreases. The igniting time and igniting impulse are increasing and then decreasing with the increasing of the detonation elimination chamber. Test results shall be used as a reference for the assembly technology of nonel tube with detonator.
