摘要
目的 :研究 Septin1、Septin2、Septin6基因在肝癌中的表达及其相互间的作用。方法 :利用 Northern杂交分析 ,研究了这 3个基因在 30例肝癌中的表达 ;利用免疫沉淀方法研究了Septin1、Septin2、Septin6基因之间的相互作用。结果 :Septin1在肝癌及癌旁组织显示多个转录本 ,并且表达量变化无规律 ;Septin2、Septin6在肝癌中均为上调表达 ;3种 Septin蛋白间能产生相互作用。结论 :Septin1、Septin2、Septin6为肝癌相关基因 ,它们之间存在相互影响关系。
Objective:To study the expression and their affection of Septin1,Septin2,Septin6 in HCC.Methods:Using northern blot,we had studied the expression of these gene in HCC,and Using IP,we had rasearched the affection among these genes.Results:There are many transcriptions of Septin1 in the HCCs and its adjent tissues and its expression has no rule;Septin2,Septin6 are up regulated gene in HCC.There are affections among the three Septin proteins.Conclusion:Septin1,Septin2,Septin6 are related genes of HCC and there are affections among them.
