摘要
目的 研究病人教育是否能够减轻鼻外科手术后疼痛。方法 按照随机分组的方法 ,将10 0例鼻外科手术患者分为人数相等的实验组和对照组。实验组的患者手术前后由指定的护士对其进行与疼痛内容相关的教育 ,对照组的患者仅得到常规性的教育和指导。两组病人均在术后第 2天 ,采用McGill疼痛评分量表进行疼痛评估。结果 实验组与对照组相比 ,其疼痛感觉明显减低 ,3项指标差异均有显著意义。 (PRI :P <0 .0 1,NWC :P <0 .0 5 ,PPI:P <0 .0 0 1)。两组病人用药人数百分率相比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective To study the effect of patients education on relieving post operative pain. Methods By random, 100 cases of undergoing operation patients in ear nose throat department were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Patients in the experimental group were educated about ache before or after operation. Patients in the control group only received normal education. Two days after operation. McGill pain score were use to evaluate the pain degree. Results Comparing the experimental group with the control group, the pain feeling decreased obviously. There were significant deferences in three indexes (PRI: P<0.01, NWC: P<0.05, PPI: P<0.001). Conclusions Education can relieve post operation pain of patents in ear nose throat department.
