碳纤维假体代狗前交叉韧带的功用与结局

摘要 作者用筋膜包裹的编织碳纤维假体代狗前交叉韧带,考察其功用与结局。结果表明早期碳纤维承受负荷,以后形成了碳纤维-胶原复合体(新生韧带)。胶原随术后时间延长逐渐成熟,承载能力增强,代偿因碳纤维断烈而减弱的功能作用。碎裂后的碳纤维仍位于新生韧带内,其表面未见腐蚀情况。异位碳纤维仅在手术侧膝关节滑膜内发现。作者认为,碳纤维材料在体内是永久性的,作为诱发组织生长形成新生韧带的支架,其功能替代作用是暂时性的。 Braided carbon fibres enveloped in fascia lata were used to replace the anterior cruciate ligament in 18 dogs. The effect of the carbon fibres and the outcome of the replacement were investigated. The results showed that the carbon fibres initially sustained a load, acted as a ligament prosthesis, but following ingrowth of the fibroblasts into the carbon matrix, the carbon fibre-collagen complex (neoligament) was formed. The collagen matured with the time and took over the function of the broken carbon fibres. The segaments of the carbon fibre remained within the neoligament. Some of them were found only in the synovium of the operated knee. There were no erroded marks on the surface of the carbon fibre. Therefore, it is believed that the carbon fibre material is permanent in the body and the functional replacement for ligament as a prosthesis is temporary.
