摘要
目的研究花椒、桂皮及八角对生殖细胞的毒性作用。方法用三种调味品的提取液灌胃 ,采用精子畸形测试的方法对小鼠的精子形态进行观察。结果比较三种调味品各剂量组 ( 2 5 0 ,5 0 0 ,1 0 0 0mg/kg)与阴性对照组精子畸形率 ( 1 8.8‰ ) ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论在本实验条件下 ,即使在超过食用剂量数十倍的情况下 ,三种调味品对小鼠的生殖细胞也没出现毒性损害作用。初步认为 ,日常生活中花椒、桂皮及八角的常规用量应该是安全的。
Objective In order to study whether Cinnamomum japonicum,Illicium verum and Zanthoxylum bungeanum do damage to germ-cell or not.Methods The sperm abnormality test was done by using the extract respectively extracted from the three flavorings,which were poured down the stomach of mice in different three dosages (250, 500, 1000 mg/kg).Results There were no significant differences (P>0.05) when comparing the rates of teratospermia of all the three flavorings in any doses to the rate of negative group (18.8‰).Conclusion The dosage used in this study was much higher than that ingested by persons in normal ordinary diet,but no increase in rates of teratospermia of mice was showing,so it is thought that all the three flavorings would have no damage effect on germ-cell in usual quantity for persons
