摘要
目的为初步摸清淄博市使用苯及其化合物行业的职业病危害现状。方法采用听、查、看并填写调查表和现场测定的方法。结果无通风防护设施和未佩戴个人防护用品的各占74.07 % ;无卫生管理制度的占92.60 % ;未进行职业卫生培训和健康检查的各占77.79 % ;新建项目 ,均未经卫生行政部门审查、验收。有4个企业的苯浓度超过国家卫生标准 ,最高的超过国家卫生标准1.14倍。结论有些企业存在着严重的职业卫生问题 ,中小型企业尤为突出。今后重点要加强对中小型企业领导及作业工人法律、职业卫生知识的宣传、培训 。
Objective To find out the state of occupational hazard of some industries using benzene and its compounds. Methods We heard some reports, looked up some materials,looked around some workshop and filled in the questionnaires, determined the toxicants in the workplace. Results 74.07% of the plants had no ventilation facilities, another 74.07% didn′t use self protect things, 92.60% of the plants had no system of occupational hygiene management, 77.79% of the plants didn′t learn occupational hygiene knowledge, another 77.79% hadn′t health checks for workers. All new projects were not checked and accepted by health administrative department. The concentrations of benzene in four plants were higher than the hygiene standard, the highest concentration was 2.14 times of the hygiene standard. Conclusion Some plants had serious occupational hygiene problems, especially small and medium size plants, so we should publicize the knowledge of law and occupational hygiene to managers and workers in plants, let them master these knowledge, and should strengthen the law enforcement.
