摘要
介绍了织物深色加工的3种方法:一是通过纤维改性(或接枝)增加染色基团;二是在染浴中添加促染剂等增加着色剂的上染量;三是通过增深剂处理降低纤维表面的光折射率,增加织物表观色深。增深剂DK-900P作为一种新型深色加工整理剂,经过浸渍或常规浸轧烘工艺,施加于织物并在其表面形成均匀完整的薄膜,能够明显增加其表观色深。增深剂DK-900P适用于各种纤维织物。
Tree processes for improving fabric dye depth are investigated.One of these is to increase dyeable function groups by fiber modification;The other is mixing the promoter into dye bath to enhance dyeing ability;The third is to reduce fiber refractive index by introducing darkcoloring agent DK900P,Which is a new treating agent for fibers dyeing.A uniform film is formed on fiber surface by macerating or padcure process.It is obvious that darkcoloring Agent DK900P can improve fabric dye depth and can be used in many kinds of fabrics.
