摘要
针对塔里木石化厂有色金属和 18- 8不锈钢受大气中有害气体腐蚀的实际情况 ,通过对大气取样分析和金属挂片试验 ,确定了其腐蚀等级 ,分析了含Cl- 大气对铝、铜、镀锌板等有色金属及 18- 8不锈钢的腐蚀机理 ,并提出了防腐处理措施 ,包括金属表面处理。
In connection with that the actual situation of non- ferrous metal & 18- 8 stainless steel were corroded by the air contained harm gas, through sampling & analyzing to the air and metal hanging sheet test, the writers determine their corrosion grade, analyze the mechanism of aluminum, copper, galvanized iron sheet etc. non- ferrous metal & 18- 8 stainless steel corrosion caused by air contained Clˉ and puts forward some anti- corrosion measures including metal surface treatment, paints selecting & coating method.
