摘要
储罐清扫孔的结构设计对焊接应力和焊接变形的产生影响较大 ,直接影响储罐的焊接质量和使用寿命。文章从清扫孔应力及变形产生的原因入手 ,通过补强板的成型、坡口型式、焊接工艺、防变形控制、焊接方向、焊接顺序等方面 ,提出了减小和控制清扫孔焊接应力及变形的有效措施 ,并对补强板的设计提出了改进意见。
The structure design of tank clean- out has a big influence to welding stress & deformation and directly influences tank welding quality & using life. By analyzing the cause of clean- out occurring stress & deformation, the writer puts forward some effective measures of reducing & controlling clean- out welding stress & deformation from stiffening sheet forming, groove type, welding process, anti- deforming control, welding direction & welding sequence etc. and gives improved suggestions to stiffening sheet design.
