摘要
系统地分析和研究了世界上部分国家典型高含硫气田集输系统防腐的成功经验。结合我国川东渡口河、罗家寨等高含硫气田具体情况,较为深入地论述了高含硫气田集输系统与普通气田或低含硫气田集输系统不同的工艺和技术特征,以及由环境和这些工艺、技术特征所确定的集输系统中集输管网和设备的腐蚀及防腐蚀工艺技术。从理论上,对腐蚀、缓蚀处理,气体流速和腐蚀之间的关系进行了研究。对我国第一个高含硫气田——川东渡口河气田开发建设及初步设计提出了实施意见和方案。
The article systematically analyzed and studied the successful practice for anti-corrosion of transfer system of field with high sulfur gas. With consideration the condition of high sulfur gas field of Dukouhe,Luo Jiazhai of East Sichuan,detail discussed the different technology and technical feature of the transfer system on high sulfur gas field in comparison with the low sulfur or normal gas fields,and discussed the corrosion caused by environment,anti-corrosion technology of the gathering pipeline network and equipment,the technology and technical features. Studied theoretically the corrosion,corrosion inhibitory treatment and the relationship between the gas flow speed and the corrosion. Worked out the case and application suggestion for the development construction and basic design of the China抯 first high sulfur gas field,the Dukouhe gas field of east Sichuan. 34
