摘要
本文报逍了12只家兔经自体骨膜间充质细胞移植后再生组织修复全层膝关节软骨缺损的超微形态观察结果。表明骨膜间充质细胞移植于关节腔后具有良好的再生关节软骨功能,为临床应用这一方法治疗关节软骨疾患提供了理论依据。
An experiment study was performed by using free periosteal grafts for repair of articular cartilage defects in rabbits. Full-thickness cartilage defect was made in each medial femoral condyle of 12 adult rabbits. A graft of periosteum from the proximal tibia was fitted into the defect. Electron microscopy indicated that periosteum has the potential for cartilaginous regeneration, and the regenerative cartilage cells have the same construction and function as the normal articular cartilage cells.
