豚鼠吸入不同剂量的甲苯引起的听阈偏移

摘要 本实验使用雄性豚鼠,暴露于750ppm或1000ppm或1500ppm 3种不同浓度的甲苯,每天8h,共14d。暴露后3d及14 d时用Madsen ERA 2250电反应系统测定皮层诱发电位。发现3个浓度组均可引起听力损害,损害程度基本与暴露浓度呈正比,并且在14d内听力损害呈进行性加重。提示甲苯甚至在750ppm的浓度时也可致急性听力损害,且听力损害呈逐渐加重的趋势。 Male guinea pigs were exposed to 750ppm or l000ppm or 1 500ppm toluene (8h/d, for 14d), and their hearing thresholds were tested by means of Madsen ERA 2250 system 3d and 14d after exposure. Hearing impairment was observed in all groups. The degree of impairment was related to the exposure concentration and had a tendency to further damage in two weeks. The results indicate that toluene can cause acute hearing impairment even if its concentration is as low as 750ppm and the impairment develops from bad to worse at least in two weeks.
