摘要 采用扫描电镜观察豚鼠耳蜗急性放射损伤后毛细胞变化。结果:40Gy ^(60)Go γ射线听泡区单次照射后早期,耳蜗外毛细胞纤毛散乱、倒伏、融合、脱落和缺失。照射后15~30 d,外毛细胞纤毛除具有照射后早期变化外,还出现外毛细胞纤毛重组,以及内毛细胞边缘球形物隆起。文中讨论了出现这些变化的可能机制。 The changes of hair cells after acute radiation injury to cochlea were studied with scanning electron microscope in guinea pigs. Outer hair cell cilia were disordered, fused, and lost in the early stage after 40Gy γ-ray irradiation of the bullae of guinea pigs. From 15 to 30d after radiation, reconstruction of cilia besides early changes, and ball shape materials on the side of inner hair cells were found. The possible mechanism of these changes is also discussed
